  They never gave my account access to beta.. even after I had bought champions Lifetime.. which claimed to give beta access.... So I had to go buy the 60 dollar pack.. I would have just got the 200 dollar neverwinter pack if I hadn't spent all my money on champions =/

  Game looks great guys, wish i didn't have to work most of the weekend.. game downloaded fine through a torrent, but had trouble through client.. Is the release going to be long after the final Beta weekend?

  Heres a email from em. "Thank you for contacting customer service. Beta keys were handed out during certain conventions, but you can still get one via one of our founders packs or if your a lifetime subscriber." Seem pretty shady to me

  Registering for a beta key is still worth a shot. You may still get one for a future beta weekend.

  if you already play Champions online or STO the launcher software has a server selection drop down and Neverwinter is one of them select it for auto download.

  I'm confuzed Never got my beta key have PWI account i signed in with it downloaded alpha have guardian pack to play beta am I signed n for this weekend beta test do I have to do anything else?HELP

  If you were able to download it, that's all you need. Just gotta wait for the server to go live.

  Server is up, but when im trying to enter im receiving msg: "you cannot play...". Still no info about the start time?

  Pretty sure it wont start att 00:00:01... Its most likely going to start around 1pm or so.

  Are we certain that's the correct client? It says it's for the "Alpha Test", and Friday begins the first Beta test. Granted, that may just entail patches to the existing Alpha client. I'm just suprised it can be downloaded for some founders, but not others (apparently), and there's still no notice from Cryptic / PW.

  Oh Lord...just black hole silence... Just activate the download link so long, you can frikken patch it if need be later over the weekend. At this rate the client will finish downloading by the time beta weekend is over. Else, just keep us up to date...this vacuum of information is just poor form. I paid $20 for beta access, so please no - one tell me how I do not have the right to bitch

  I could be wrong, but I don't think the $20 founder level comes with definite Beta Weekend Access. The $60 and $200 version guarantee you get in all 3 Beta weekends, but the $20 doesn't seem to mention anything of the sort.

  IT WON'T START TILL NOON PST. This is common knowledge in the MMO world -_- Most launches for betas, beta weekends, etc are noon of the timezone the devs are set in.

  Takes maybe 2 minutes to download the game and about 5 to 10 minutes to patch fully with dynamic (on-demand) patching turned off.

  So, Beta starts sometime tomorrow (Friday). Yet, still no download link, or actual start time announced. This is getting rather ridiculous.

  Cryptic, can we please get an update on this? I would like to know when I can download the client and start playing so that I may get my schedule planned out. I bought the founder pack like many others but have not been able to figure out when I will be able to download and start playing on the 8th. I understand we don't need a beta key, I just need to know when we will be able to download and play...please respond quickly...if you want support on your game then you need to learn to have better information out there for those like myself who do pay the extra cash so that you can keep things running. Thank you in advance!

  That's also a good question. The e-mail I received when I bought a Founder's Pack seemed to indicate we're already good, and we just need to wait for an email announcing when the download is (finally) available. It's a bit vague, though.

  Can't wait to see how many Drizzts there are going to be. People are going to ruin a role-playing environment yet again with the inclusion of Drow. *sigh* I hope the weekend goes well, and everyone has fun, but seriously, I can just tell already this game is going to be flooded with whiners complaining about having to pay money for exclusive content and RA Salvatore's version of Data.
