Unexpected hardware failures occurred, but our awesome community rose to the occasion by remaining positive and helping spread the message.
For that, we wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for your patience and support during the recent open beta outage. We isolated the issue to a hardware failure and were able to bring the servers back online, step by step, and ensured there were no more unexpected networking hardware issues.
This portal-wide beta test launch of a new game is an extremely exciting time for us and we thank you again for your continued patience and support as we work out the issues during this testing period. Be assured that we are absolutely committed to launching an excellent game while maintaining our current network of games and would like to thank all of our committed players during this time.
Thank you for being amazing, supportive players and helping spread the message while we got things resolved. We were truly grateful to see the overwhelming amount of positive support from our players while we worked through the issues. As always, we'll continue to perform tests and make improvements throughout the open beta test period to optimize the stability and performance as new issues are reported and identified.
